Hey friend!

This week was one of those quietly exciting ones around here!

We officially scheduled our very first live, monthly bake-along—a relaxed, all-day kind of thing where real life is allowed and imperfect dough is expected. It’s designed to feel less like a class and more like baking alongside friends.

Behind the scenes, the community grew to 78 bakers at the table. That growth matters because it means more shared wisdom, more questions being asked out loud, and more reminders that none of us are baking alone.

We also introduced an Upgraded Tier for those who want a little more depth and support. Nothing was taken away from existing members—this was simply an added option for bakers who like to dig into the “why” and get more hands-on guidance.

One of the best conversations this week centered around loaves that almost worked. You know the ones—close enough to give you hope, messy enough to teach you something. Those loaves are often where the real learning happens.

If you’ve been baking quietly at home, wondering if your dough struggles are normal… they are.

And if you’ve been thinking about baking with others instead of figuring it all out alone, there’s always room at the table.

That’s the crumb for this week🍞

Until next time,

Samantha M at The Crumb Table
